For

we are looking for a highly experienced Testing/Quality professional to fill in
the position of “Software Integration Testing”. The client is a well known and

Role
Description
As Software
Integration Testing Manager, you will be responsible for leading from front
and managing the Testing and Quality teams covering Software Testing/Quality processes. You will fine-tune the processes on
an ongoing basis, and motivate the teams to go an extra mile to innovate, and
create quality testing systems leading to Zero Defect product deliveries.
- Provide
leadership and strategic direction to ensure proper interface of the
testing functions to Software Development / Product Design teams.
- Coordinate
with teams in India as well as international stakeholders for optimal
execution.
- Create
vision and strategic plan, including people development, and environment
conducive to innovation.
- Direct and lead the Testing Control
function.
- Work in
collaboration with Product Design, and Engineering to develop product
specifications, and validate that the products designed/developed conform to
specifications.
- Lead and
engage in new product introduction and release processes, by developing
Product Quality Test plans; execute and report on plans established, and
ensure that products are at the highest level of quality with Zero
Defects.
- Establish
and report KPIs such as estimated /
actual Product Failure Rates, cost of defects quality, product status and
performance during development and release phases.
- Manage local and global teams – displaying lead-by-example styles

- Do
you have a Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering ? (An MBA is desirable
though not a must)
- Do
you have 14+ years experience in Software Testing/QA and Software Development?
- Do
you have at least 5 years leadership experience?
- Do
you have excellent people management skills?
- Have
handled teams up to 20 persons strong?
- Do
you have exposure to Unix (or any working knowledge of any other Operating
System?
- Do
you have exposure to C/C++ development?
- Do you prefer to be a hands-on
type of person?
- Do
you have proven track record of leadership?
- Are
you considered to be a great mentor who people look up to?
- Do
you have experience in an onsite/offshore environment?
- Do
you have exposure to Agile / Scrum Methodologies?
- Do
you have excellent verbal and written communications skills?
- Are you based at Delhi or NCR
or willing to relocate?
