position of “Manager – Product Software Engineering C++”. The client is a well known

Role
Description
As Manager- Product Software Engineering (C++),
you will be responsible for leading the Product teams at company’s development
centre at Delhi, and support the global development environment. You will guide the product development team
and will be responsible for smooth delivery of Product releases, and making the
teams perform at an optimal level. You will work closely with the department
head and ensure the company strategies (Technical as well as HR) are
implemented in order to create a high performance team.

Tech. / BE / MCA /M. Tech. in Computer Science?
- Do you
have 11 to 15 years of relevant experience in software development using C++?
- Do you
have proven track record of managing C++ team of size 15+?
- Do you
have good C & C++ programming skills?
- Do you
have some exposure to Graphics
Libraries: DirectX, OpenGl, OpenGL ES?
- Do you
have good Linux development & debugging experience?
- Do you
have exposure to Embedded Software, Device Drivers, Protocol Stacks, Networking
& Graphics?
- Do you
have strong debugging and analytical skills?
- Do you
have experience with 3rd party software development tools?
- Do you
have experience with design and development of highly available and scalable
multi-tiered distributed applications?
- Do you
have proven track record of completing projects on-time and to specification?
- Do you
have experience with an agile development methodology, preferably Scrum?
- Do you
have mastery of object oriented design methodologies, design patterns and
database modeling and usage?
- Do you
have strong analytical and creative problem solving skills?
- Do
you have experience in an onsite/offshore environment?
- Do
you have excellent oral and written communications skills?
- Do you have experience working
with international teams?
- Are you based at Delhi or NCR
or willing to relocate?
