For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for a Senior Product Architect (Aviation
Software Products). This is a senior management level position, and is based at
Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for product scope planning and
requirements management for one or more functional areas in Company’s Aviation
software product. Job involves analysis of market trends, best practices,
competitive landscape and customer needs, leading to scope planning for new
product versions. Provide thought leadership and functional design concepts for
new product capability development. Manage product investment plans and cost
budgets. Engage /co-opt customers and other key influencers in product scope
management and roll-out strategies. Owns the product functional area and would
be fully responsible for ensuring that the product achieves and retains a
competitive edge at the market place.
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND

- Are you a B-Tech/BE or equivalent from a reputed
institute (IITs/NITs or institutes of similar repute? Additional MBA degree
will be an added advantage.
- Do you have 8 to 12 years experience in product
management/product design/requirements management function for enterprise
software products?
- Do you have experience in product management or
product development roles in software product companies?
Or
Do you have experience in requirements management role
in large consulting organizations?
- Do you have experience in
managing feature backlog?
- Do you have experience in
multi-dimensional prioritization techniques?
- Do you have proven track record
of stakeholder management?
- Are you skilled in product
design techniques, business process design and requirement management?
- Do you have domain experience
in Aviation Maintenance (M&E /MRO)? – Desirable but Not Mandatory.
- Do you have exposure to SDLC
processes?
- Do you have exposure to Agile /
Scrum Methodologies?
- Do you have good communications skills?
- Are you based at Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai?
