position of “Senior Manager - Software Engineering (Microsoft Technologies)”. The

Role
Description
As “Senior
Manager” of Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the Product
teams at company’s development centre at Delhi, and support the global
development environment. You will be
responsible for smooth delivery of Product releases, product innovation, managing
stakeholders, and making the teams perform at an optimal level. You will
coordinate with all the stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of products
without compromising the quality. You will also be responsible for encouraging
continuous improvement in Software Engineering capability and maturity on an
ongoing basis.

- Do
you have a B-Tech/BE/MCA/M-Tech/MS Degree in Engineering from reputed
institutes (IITs/NITs or Institutes of equivalent repute)?
- Do
you have substantial experience in a Product Company, overall experience at
least 12 to 15 years?
- Do
you have experience in leading .Net/C#/WPF development teams of 30+ in size?
- Are
you considered to be an OUTSTANDING people manager in addition to your
technical skills?
- Do
you have experience in an onsite/offshore environment, and addressing its
challenges?
- Do
you have hands on expertise in Agile / Scrum Methodologies?
- Do
you have excellent oral and written communications skills?
- Do you have experience working
with international stakeholders?
- Are you based at Delhi or NCR?
- If you are not based at Delhi, are you willing to relocate?
