For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for a Senior Database Developer - for
an onsite position with their customer in New Jersey, USA. The client is an established name in space of
software development and consultancy in Insurance and Healthcare verticals.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Database Developer you will be
expected to have very strong base in T-SQL, write complex T-SQL, use SSIS/ETL to call stored
procedures and user defined functions (on
Server), and carryout some simple
load and extract operations in the ETL process.

- Do you have a minimum of 8
years professional experience working with Microsoft SQL server (version 2008
or above)?
- Do you have VERY STRONG T-SQL
skills?
- Do you have experience in
writing T-SQL statements, stored procedures, user define functions, and
troubleshooting?
- Do you have 5 years of
work experience designing ETL process using tools such as SSIS, Pervasive etc?
- Do you have professional
experience with data modeling, excellent understanding of database
fundamentals?
- Do you have strong
understanding of reporting systems, business intelligence, and data
warehousing?
- Do you have P&C Insurance
background?
- Are you flexible to support
mission-critical database ETL process according to on-call schedule as
necessary?
- Are you considered to be a
hands-on person?
- Are you a US Citizen/Green Card Holder/Valid H1-B or L1 Holder?

Are you based in or around New Jersey or willing to relocate?

Please note, the following are desirable/nice-to-have but

- P&C Insurance exposure
- Familiarity with any one of
these reporting tools: QlikView, SSRS, WebFocus
- Analytics / OLAP Cube
Development (Microsoft SSAS and MDX)
- Programming experiences using
.Net Programming languages
- Experience with Master Data
