For one of our prestigious multinational clients – a Big 4 consulting firm, we are looking for career oriented SAP HR  Senior Consultants. The client is known as one of the biggest Consulting firms globally. They have challenging projects, and are known to provide best working environment. They are present in all major global locations as well as all across India.

GENERAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Senior Consultant  will need to understand client’s business requirements and translate into suitable solutions through configuration / customization
• The job involves onsite role at the client’s customer location(s) within India or at client’s delivery centers within India.
• It is a delivery role
• Senior Consultant will also be required to assist in proposal development and participate in client presentations

• Are you a B.E. /B.Tech/MCA/MTech with or without  MBA?
• Do you have overall  4-6 years SAP HR experience?
• Do you 2+ years experience at expert level in one of the following, and good exposure in others
  
  
• OM/PA
• Time
• India Payroll
  ?
• Do you have at least 1 full lifecycle project experience with hands-on customization experience in onsite client-facing role?
• Do you have excellent communication skills?
• Do you have track record of developing strong client relationships?
• Do you have exposure to Proposal development?
• Do you have exposure to client presentations?
• Are you based at Delhi or Mumbai or willing to relocate?
