For one of our prestigious
multinational clients dealing with ERP Products, we are looking for ERP HCM Pre
Sales professionals. The positions are based at USA (New Jersey), UAE, Nigeria,
Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
Job Description
- Work on end-to-end HCM Pre-Sales cycle
- Understand client requirements
- Propose customer solution
- Configure product for client demos
- Carryout software project time and price estimates
- Write and own proposals
- Know and grow knowledge of the company’s HCM product
offerings
- Know and maintain battle cards
- Know domain best practices and trends
- Induct, Educate and support Company’s Partners
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND
OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –
- Are you a B-Tech/BE from an IIT or any other tier 1
institute, and/or an MBA from a tier 1 Institute?
- Do you have 4 to 8 years experience in implementing talent
management / payroll applications from SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft?
- Do you have hands-on experience in conducting Solution
Workshops?
- Are you an expert in carrying out software project
estimation?
- Do you have hands-on experience in writing proposals?
- Do you have excellent presentation skills?
- Do you have excellent written and oral communication
skills?
- Are you open to travel within India and abroad?
