For one of our prestigious multinational clients dealing with ERP Products, we are looking for ERP HCM Functional professionals. The positions are based at UAE, Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Chennai.

Job Description

• Work on end-to-end HCM Implementation Project cycle
• Understand customer requirements
• Carryout Fit-Gap analysis
• Configure product for customer solution
• Participate in design workshops, configuration, testing and Go-Live phases

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –

• Are you a B-Tech/BE/MCA from an IIT/NIT or any other institute of similar repute, and/or an MBA from a reputed Institute?
  
  
• Do you have 3 to 6 years experience in implementing talent management / payroll applications from SAP / Oracle / PeopleSoft?
  
  
• Do you have minimum 2 full cycle hands on HCM implementation experience in any large HCM products like SAP/Oracle/ PeopleSoft as a Functional Consultant?
  
  
• Do you have a track record of successful end-to-end project implementation experience?
  
  
• Are you open to travel within India and abroad?
