multinational clients, we are looking for career oriented Salesforce.com Lead
Developer. The client is a leading global consulting
& systems integration (CSI) organization specializing in ERP, Business
Intelligence, CRM, E-Business, and Management Consulting, and they have customers around the globe. They have
challenging projects, and are known to be a very progressive company. Their
Indian Global Delivery Centre is located at Gurgaon (Delhi NCR).
To meet the current needs, the client is looking for a Salesforce.com Lead to
be based at Gurgaon.
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND

- Do you have 5 to 6 years experience in IT?
- Do you have 3+ years experience in Salesforce.com
specifically on development in Apex and Visualforce?
- Do you have experience in implementing
On Demand solutions using SFDC?
- Do you have exposure on implementing new
SFDC features and functions by customizing screens, views, page layouts, custom
objects in response to business needs?
- Do you have ability to work on SFDC
Custom Development solutions using SFDC / Force.com technology
- Advanced APEX development
- Advanced Visual Force development
- S Controls
- SFDC Workflows
- SFDC Dashboards and Reports
- SFDC Web Services APIs

- Do you have knowledge of internet
technologies like
- SOAP
- HTTP Protocol
- XML
- CSS
- AJAX
- JAVASCRIPT

- Do you have knowledge of SFDC tools
- Eclipse IDE
- APEX data Loader
- SFDC Data Explorer

- Do you have exposure to design of
multi-tenant architecture?
- Do you have good communication skills?
- Do you client facing experience?
- Do you proven leadership experience?
- Are you based at Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) or are willing to relocate?
- If selected, will you be able to join within 30 days?
