For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are
looking for a senior seasoned sales professional with proven track record of over achievements
in Enterprise ERP Product sales. This is
a senior level position (Manager/Senior Manger depending on experience and past
record), and is based at Bangalore / Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will be responsible for Customer
Acquisition / Sales of company’s software products and services all across South
India.
You must have the ability to understand the business requirements and IT needs
of organizations by interacting with C level executives and IT leaders at these
organizations. You will provide solutions to customer’s pain points, and map
the customer’s needs to Company’s solutions. To succeed in this organization,
you need to be Hunter at heart. You will be responsible for overall sales
strategy and execution for Southern
region.

- Do you have an engineering degree
from IITs or NITs or BITS or a college of equal repute, and preferably an
MBA from IIMs or a similar tier 1 institute?
- Have you excelled in academics
right from your high school?
- Do you have excellent English language
written and verbal skills?
- Do you have overall 8 - 12 years
(no more than 15 years) experience primarily in Sales of ERP Product
software?
- Are you comfortable in an IC role as well as managing teams?
- Are you
the one who beats his sales targets consistently?
- Are you hungry enough to look for
challenges that you can look back to, proudly, at a later date?
- Do you love making presentations
to clients and industry forums?
- Are you considered to be a
top-notch Hunter mentality person throughout your career?
- Do you have proven examples of
winning deals by innovative deal structuring?
- Do you have a good understanding
of Pros and Cons of Cloud based products Vs On-Premise products?
- If you are not based at Bangalore
/ Chennai, are you willing to relocate to Bangalore / Chennai?
