For one of our prestigious
multinational clients dealing with Remote IT Infrastructure Services, we are
looking for Sales professionals for US market
at VP /AVP/ Sr Manager levels. The
positions can be based at Hyderabad, Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai or any other
location in India.

Job Description
As a VP/AVP – Sales you will manage “New Sales” for the RIM division. You will own the Remote IT services sales across
BFSI/Retail/Manufacturing/Hi-tech/Other business in US market. You will develop and implement an efficient sales process for the
RIMS, and also build a Sales/ Solutions organization for RIMS. You will operate from Hyderabad or
any other location in India, and travel to US on a need basis to carry out
client presentations/discussions. You will carry an annual sales target and
strive to exceed the same. You will work in a collaborative way with other
sales, presales, and delivery professional in US/India. You must have the
ability to understand the business requirements and IT automation needs of
prospective customers by interacting with C level executives and IT staff at
these organizations. You will map the client’s needs to Company’s solutions.

- Do you have 10 + years of
Sales experience in IT in specific to US market?
- Do you have experience in
managing Large Accounts?
- Have you managed deals as
high as $2 – 5 million?
- Do you have Technical
Orientation? (IT Services experience
preferable)
- Do you have excellent
customer engagement skills with very strong customer focus?
- Do you have excellent
communications skills - oral and written?
- Do you have strong goal and
result orientation?
- Do you have international
experience in proposal management and pre-sales support?
- Do you have strong ITIL fundamentals?
- Do you have high level understanding of all IT Infrastructure
related technologies like Desktops, Servers, Databases, Storage and
Backups?
- Do you have strong project management skills?
- Do you have strong analytical and problem solving skills?
- Do you have strong
interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members?
- Do you have strong leadership and organizational skills?
