QA Manager – Gurgaon

For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for a career oriented QA Manager. The client is a US based company with offshore centre at Gurgaon.

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –

• Do you have 12-15 years of overall QA experience out of which minimum 5 years in a QA Lead level role?
• Do you have demonstrated experience as a QA Lead on a large or mission critical program?
• Have you  worked as a client facing resource for 4-5 projects in the past?
• Do you have thorough understanding of various SDLC and QA methodologies?
• Are you familiar with QA best practices and ability to identify gaps in processes?
• Are you experienced in development of detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, metrics and status reports specific to the QA effort?
• Do you have 5 years of test automation experience out of which minimum two years using Microsoft Visual Studio?
• Are you Very good at Functional automation testing using Microsoft Visual Studio – Coded UI tests?
• Do you have Ability to design automation frameworks using Microsoft Visual Studio. Should’ve done extensive descriptive programming using VB scripting not just record and play back?
• Are you Good at Performance testing using Microsoft Visual Studio – Web performance and Load tests?
• Do you have Ability to understand complex business requirements and perform analysis of business requirements for accuracy, completeness, redundancy, ambiguity and testability?
• Do you have experience in creating effective master test plans, test strategy and test cases creation for enterprise applications and interfaces?
• Are you good at system integration and end to end testing involving multiple enterprise applications and interfaces?
• Are you experienced in back end testing, SQL queries and exposure to Oracle and SQL databases
• Do you have Surety domain experience (exposure to Team Foundation Server (TFS) a big plus)?
• Do you have Test-to-break attitude, ability to think from end user perspective and to co-ordinate UAT testing dealing with all business users?
• Do you have ability to multi-task, work with a sense of urgency, adapt to changing requirements and to support aggressive agile-like project timelines?
• Do you have excellent negotiation and leadership skills (e.g. provide direction, pushback if necessary, speak up as needed)?
• Are you based at Noida/NCR Delhi or are willing to relocate?
