For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for career oriented Product Manager in Financial Services Domain with IT Consultancy background. The client is known as an IT Consulting leader in Financial Outsourcing Services, and they have top Global customers in the Financial sector. They have challenging projects, and are known to be a very progressive company. Their Indian development centers are at Noida and Bangalore. Currently they need Product Manager for their center at Noida.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
The Product Manager will be responsible for following activities:
· Understand current market conditions and future trends in the defined area (consulting and client defined practices)
· Closely work with the specific Domain Consulting practice leaders (Risk and Compliance, Enterprise data, Asset and Wealth management, Derivatives and post trade, Mortgages and Securities and lending), Analyst firms and pre sales to identify offerings to be taken to market
· Define go to market strategies for the offerings
· Program Manage the launch of offerings by working closely with Sales and the Service Line leadership/ teams (creation of sales kit, trainings, target clients, track client responses, wins etc.)
· Research existing customers and potential customers to understand their needs and define specific solutions for them
· Create standard templates for managing the offerings - structure, process of creation, validation and taking it to market
· Define Industry Benchmarks and assessments

· Are you an MBA in Finance/Marketing from one of the IIMs or B-Schools of same repute?
· Do you have 7 to 10+ years experience in various aspects of IT Consulting in Financial Services?
· Do you have 2-3 years experience in Capital Market?
· Do you have strong knowledge of Capital Markets?
· Do you have excellent communication skills – verbal and written?
· Do you pay attention to details?
· Do you have strong analytical skills?
· Do you have flair for research, creativity, writing etc.?
· Do you have ability to collaborate with diverse set of people from different groups and locations?
· Do you have ability to conceptualize and work independently?
· Are you open to travel abroad (a valid US Visa will be a nice to have)?
· Are you based at Noida/NCR Delhi or willing to relocate?
