For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for a Product Manager (Aviation Software Products). This is a senior management level position, and  is based at Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Drive revenue generation through product positioning and defining value differentiators.
  
  
• Develop and execute product messaging strategies, in collaboration with product marketing.
  
  
• Track, analyze & translate industry & technology trends and competitive landscape.
  
  
• Funnel product feedback from customers through formal and informal channels. Organize and conduct customer advisory board (CAB) meetings.
  
  
• Establish strategic roadmap for the product, in collaboration with all stakeholders.   
  
  
• Develop packaging and pricing strategies for deeper market penetration and wider adoption.
  
  
• Work with client, sales and implementation teams to arrive at recommended solutions, in conjunction with the established roadmap and positioning.
  
  
• Display thought leadership by preparing product articulations, GTM strategies, publishing White Papers, & developing case studies. Represent  company’s  Aviation products  in industry forums, events and tradeshows.
  
  
• Conduct domain specific reviews on Opportunities, including quality of bids in CRM and funnel movement.

• Are you a B-Tech/BE preferably with an MBA from reputed institutes?
  
  
• Do you have 9 to 12 years experience in product management?
  
  
• Do you have experience working in collaborative environment?
  
  
• Do you have experience in positioning products in a highly competitive environment?
  
  
• Do you have proven track record of stakeholder management, and customer expectations manegement?
  
  
• Are you a self-starter who can work as an Individual Contributor, and influence the product features adoptions as needed by working closely with product teams in a collaborative environment?
  
  
• Do you have domain experience in Aviation Maintenance (M&E /MRO)? – Desirable but Not Mandatory.
  
  
• Do you have exposure to SDLC processes?
  
  
• Do you have exposure to Agile / Scrum Methodologies?
  
  
• Do you have good communications skills – written as well as oral?
  
  
• Are you based at Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai?
