Manager - Sales (Enterprise Software Solutions)

Job Description

For one of our prestigious clients (with locations in North America and APAC), we are looking for top notch Sales Managers with a proven track record of selling enterprise software solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for sales of company’s  software products and services within a territory in  assigned to you. You will manage all the accounts within the prescribed territory and carry a sales quota for the year that you will work toward exceeding.


You must have the ability to understand the business requirements and IT automation needs of government agencies, private owners, real estate companies, PMC firms and general contractors by interacting with C level executives and IT staff at these organizations. You will map the client’s needs to Company’s solutions. You will be provided leads from company’s inside sales team and will also need to generate your own leads through Industry contacts and other mechanisms. You will nurture these leads, qualify them to a prospect stage and move them steadfastly into proposal negotiation and deal closure.

Requirements

·        Communications Skills: Excellent English language written and verbal skills are an absolute must.

·        Work Experience of  10 - 12 years experience selling enterprise software systems, preferably ERP solutions from the likes of Sage, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP and Microsoft.

·        Construction Industry Experience: Experience selling IT solutions to the Construction / Real Estate industry is highly desirable but not totally necessary.

·         Skill Set: Use of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is required to do the job.

·        Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting.

·         Anyone who does not meet the first two criteria (communications skills and work experience) should not apply for these positions.
