Position : Java Technical Lead
Company: Multinational Client of ChampionsIT
Location: Chennai
Currently we are looking for career oriented and highly motivated Java Technical Lead for one of our prestigious multinational clients. The client operates in 36 countries, and has a Global Development Centre at Chennai. They carryout implementation and support projects, for international customers, from their offshore development centre at Chennai, India. Currently they need a Java Technical Lead who is committed, and is a technical guru.
Description:
The candidate must be a Java J2EE Tech Lead with 6-9 years experience building commercial grade web applications in a service oriented framework. The initial project will be to build a customer order management and trouble ticket management application for the telecommunications industry. In addition to being actively involved in the development process, the successful individual will also have responsibilities in mentoring the wider development team, code reviews, troubleshooting and leading an agile team. Any experience of developing systems within the telecommunications sector,
especially around fixed line telephony (WLR) and broadband services, would be highly desirable.
Essential Skills/Qualifications with experience at an expert level:
• Java
• Spring MVC, webflow
• XML
• Web services
• XHTML
• CSS
• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
• Agile development methodology
• Either telecommunications OSS/BSS development experience or CRM
software development experience
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
• MySQL
• Hibernate
• JMS
• Spring Webflow
• Telecommunications OSS/BSS development experience
• Telecommunications provisioning workflow
• CRM software development experience
• Billing systems development experience
• NGOSS Shared Information/Data (SID) model
