we are looking for a career oriented seasoned professional to fill in the
position of “IT Applications Support Manager”. The client is a well known and

Role
Description
This
role is directly responsible for managing the teams responsible for the
support, maintenance and administration of Company’s Global IT applications and
databases, based in Noida, India.
Reporting
into the Global Manager, IT Applications Portfolio, this role has a high level
of visibility and is a critical element in the support and operation of global
IT Applications and Databases.
The Application
Support Manager will be the first escalation point for all application related
incidents and Service Requests. Depending on the applications global use and
SLA, this role will be responsible for managing and coordinating the response
and resolution to Severity 1 incidents. The Application Support Manager will
also facilitate proactive monitoring, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting
& escalations of all Application related issues.

- Do
you have a B-Tech/BE (Computer Science or IT)/MCA/MSc (IT) from Tier 1 or Tier
2 Institutes?
- Do
you have 8 years
minimum experience in an Applications support or administration environment?
- Do you have 4 years minimum experience managing an IT Support Team,
supporting globally deployed applications?
- Do you have experience managing a Global ERP support team in MS
Dynamics AX?
- Do you have hands-on-experience in MS Dynamics AX or Dynamics NAV or Dynamics
CRM?
- Do you have Microsoft Certifications or equivalent experience?
- Do you have exceptional trouble shooting skills?
- Do you have proven ability to mentor and develop staff?
- Do you have in depth technical knowledge across broad range of IT
disciplines i.e.: Microsoft, Citrix, Apple, LAN & WAN Technologies?
- Do you have experience supporting applications and technologies such
as SQL Server, SharePoint, PeopleSoft HCM, Clarity, and MS Dynamics AX.
- Do you have understanding of ITIL methodologies (preferable but not a
must)?
- Do you have experience working in an onsite/offshore environment?
- Are you based at Noida or Delhi
NCR, India or willing to relocate?
