For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for an HCM-ERP Software Product Management and Product Marketing Head for HCM (Human
Capital Management) vertical of our client – an established name in the space
of cloud based Enterprise products. This is a senior management level position
based at Delhi/Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Head – Product Management and
Product Marketing you will have overall responsibility to make sure that
company’s HCM product is well accepted in the market. Following are the major activities you will
need to carryout in order to achieve goals assigned to you.
- Drive R&D efforts from
a Product Perspective, keeping in view, Market demand, Competitive landscape
and focus, Company’s focus and differentiations, and Market as well as Customer
Segmentation
- Drive revenue generation
through product positioning and defining value differentiators.
- Develop and execute product
messaging strategies, in collaboration with product marketing.
- Track, analyze &
translate industry & technology trends and competitive landscape.
- Funnel product feedback
from customers through formal and informal channels. Organize and conduct
customer advisory board (CAB) meetings.
- Establish strategic roadmap
for the product, in collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Develop packaging and
pricing strategies for deeper market penetration and wider adoption.
- Work with clients, sales
and implementation teams to arrive at recommended solutions, in conjunction
with the established roadmap and positioning
- Display thought leadership
by preparing product articulations, GTM strategies, publishing White Papers,
& developing case studies. Represent Company’s HCM Products in industry
forums, events and trade shows.
- Conduct domain specific
reviews on Opportunities, including quality of bids in CRM and funnel movement.

- Do you have an engineering
degree from IITs or NITs or colleges of equal repute, and preferably an
MBA from IIMs or similar tier 1 institutes?
OR
Any degree from a top rank university and full-time MBA from IIMs or
similar tier 1 institutes?
- Do you have overall up to 15
years experience?
- Do you have excellent know-how
of HCM domain (MUST HAVE)?
- Do you have 8+ years experience
in end-to-end product
management and marketing?
- Do you find the above job

hats?
- Do you have ability to collaborate with
cross-functional teams , pervade through hierarchies and ability to
influence decision making?
- Are you based at Delhi / NCR or
Chennai?
