For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are
looking for a Global Payroll Product Head. This position is based at Delhi NCR /
Bangalore / Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Making sure the product is always up-to-date
with respect to payroll statutory requirements for various countries being
serviced by the company’s product
- Making sure the there is a constant connect with
the ecosystem in order to capture changing requirements that must be
incorporated in the product
- Be overall responsible for design of the Payroll
Functionality of the product for various countries
- Interface and work hand-in-hand with Engineering
Teams to make sure the product is developed as per the design

End-to-end responsibility of Payroll Product
features and incorporation of statutory requirements on an on-going basis

- Do you have an excellent
educational background from tier 1 engineering and or tier 1 management
institutes?
- Do you have in-depth knowledge of
what it takes to run payroll process smoothly across the globe?
- Do you have excellent English
language written and verbal skills?
- Do you have overall 15 to 18 years experience in Payroll Processes and
its automation through IT?
- Do you have experience in
gathering statutory requirements of payroll processes for various
countries?
- Are you connected with the payroll
ecosystem in your current role?
- Are you a proven leader who leads
from front?
- What is your current location?
- If you are not based at Delhi NCR
/Bangalore/Chennai, are you willing to relocate?
