multinational clients, we are looking for a Global HR Head. Our client is an
established name in the space of Enterprise products on cloud as well as
on-premise. This is a senior leadership position based at Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Global HR Head, you will be
responsible for overall HR activities at global level. The activities will
include:
- Driving Culture
- HR Strategy
- Branding
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Engagement
- HR Operations
- Recruiting
- HR Transformation
- Operation Management
- Process Improvement
- Acting as a “Change agent” in
Managing Organizational change and ensuring
continuous improvement in quality and value of HR services
- To maintain high level of
proactive and forward thinking Operational HR services to Executives and
Leadership team with regards to their human resource needs

of HR best practices

- Are you a graduate from a Tier 1 college (Top
universities / IITs/NITs/BITS)?
- Are you an MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 Management

- Do you have overall 12 (Min) to 18 (Max) years experience
majority of which is in HR in IT companies?
- Do you have strong exposure to Global Cultures?
- Do you have in-depth exposure to HR Best practices at
Global level?
- Do you have effective communication skills?
- Are you located at Chennai?
