For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for an EAM Practice Director. The client
is an established name in the space of Enterprise products on cloud as well as
on-premise. This is a senior management level position based at Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Global Director – EAM , you will be
responsible for overall end-to-end practice management.
- Manage P&L for EAM Product
Practice
- Grow top-line as well as bottom-line
for the EAM vertical
- Develop Strategy and come up
with Global GTM with end-to-end execution
- Product management
- Bringing in SME expertise,
Talent pool & Coordination for complex projects
- Manage customer’s
end-to-end implementation of company’s product
- Manage customers expectations,
and aim for high CSAT scores
- Making sure the
implementations are completed within time and budgets
- Making sure high level of
delivery quality
- Manage large delivery teams
- Interface with presales and
sales teams from solutioning and effort estimation etc. perspective.
- Indirect revenue generation by
identifying cross selling / additional opportunities with existing clients.
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND
OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –
- Are you a B-Tech/BE or equivalent from a reputed
institute (IITs/NITs or institutes of similar repute? Additional MBA degree
will be an added advantage.
- Do you have 15+ years experience in Asset Management
Domain and Software Products ?
- Do you have substantial experience in a Consulting
Services company or implementation division of a Product company?
- Are you a Subject matter Expert
in Enterprise Asset Management domain?
- Do you have exposure to diverse
EAM packages (Maximo, IFS, SAP, Infor, Oracle) ?
- Have executed various EAM
projects across the globe spanning multiple verticals in various capacities?
- Do you have hands on experience
in Software implementations in asset centric organizations (including Public
sector/ Manufacturing/ Healthcare/ Telecom /Energy and utilities/ Real Estate
& Infrastructure )?
- Do you have had global experience in Project Delivery,
Practice Incubation and management, Business Planning, Solution designing, Go
To Market, Sales Enablement, Pre-sales, Consulting, Implementation and
Development of EAM packages?
- Do you have diverse experience
of working with Product and Service Companies?
- Do you have experience in handling large delivery
teams?
- Have you been consistently achieving HIGH CSAT scores
for your customers?
- Are you an
upbeat, energetic, and a go-getter individual?
- Are you known to
be someone with “Fire in the belly”?
- Do you have excellent communications skills?
- What is your current location?
- If your current location is not Chennai, are you open
to relocate to Chennai?
