For one of our prestigious
multinational clients dealing with ERP Products, we are looking for Sr ERP
Sales professionals (BDM / Account Manager). The positions are based at USA (Anywhere
in US – Preferably Chicago / Bay Area / Sunnyvale / New Jersey).

Job Description
You will be responsible for targets
assigned to you for sales of company’s products and services in the assigned
territory within US. You must have the ability to understand the business
requirements and IT automation needs of prospective customers by interacting
with C level executives and IT staff at these organizations. You will map the
client’s needs to Company’s solutions. You will be provided leads from company’s
inside sales team and will also need to generate your
own leads through Industry contacts and other mechanisms. You will nurture
these leads, qualify them to a prospect stage and move them steadfastly into
proposal negotiation and deal closure. Your activities will include:
- Developing
a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of
company sales goals and profitability
- Achieving
Direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and cross sell
products
- Maintaining
Strong Relationship with Key/Strategic accounts and play an account manager
role
- Providing
timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications
submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit
margin
- Initiating
and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and get
business opportunities
- Sales
Manager is expected to work with the Regional Head to develop new business in
any assigned market
- Cloud products, Consulting,
Managed Services and everything in between to sell.

- Do you have any College/University
degree preferably BS (Engg.) / BE/ B-Tech and an MBA (preferably Sales and Marketing)?
- Academically, have
you consistently obtained excellent grades in High School and University?
- Do you have 3
- 10 years experience selling Enterprise
Software Products and Services –
preferably ERP solutions from the likes of Sage, Oracle, JD Edwards, SAP and
Microsoft?
- Do you have
excellent communications skills - (Excellent English language written and
verbal skills are an absolute must)?
- Are you an
excellent networker?
- Are you willing to
travel extensively within US?
- Do you have an
excellent track record of achieving sales targets?
- Are you based in US
and are authorized to work in the US?
OR
If you are currently living outside US, are authorized to work in US through US Citizenship/Green Card or Valid Work Authorization?
