For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for an ERP Software Product Implementation Services practice director –
for the Aviation vertical of our client – an established name in the space of
Enterprise products on cloud as well as on-premise. This is a senior management
level position based at Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Director – ERP Software Product Implementation
Services (Aviation), you will be responsible for overall end-to-end delivery of
implementation services for company’s customer who have bought company’s
product. In addition, your teams will provide support to presales and sales
teams to provide details on estimations, solutioning etc.
- Manage P&L for product
implementation services practice for Aviation vertical
- Manage customer’s end-to-end
implementation of company’s product
- Manage customers expectations,
and aim for high CSAT scores
- Making sure the
implementations are completed within time and budgets
- Making sure high level of
delivery quality
- Manage large delivery teams
- Interface with presales and
sales teams from solutioning and effort estimation etc. perspective.
- Indirect revenue generation by
identifying cross selling / additional opportunities with existing clients.
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND

- Are you a B-Tech/BE or equivalent from a reputed
institute (IITs/NITs or institutes of similar repute? Additional MBA degree
will be an added advantage.
- Do you have 15 to 20 years experience in Aviation
Software or any ERP Product implementation (SAP/Oracle Apps/PeopleSoft/Maximo
etc.)?
- Do you have substantial experience in a Consulting
Services company or implementation division of a Product company?
- Do you have experience in handling large delivery
teams?
- Have you been consistently achieving HIGH CSAT scores
for your customers?
- Are you an
upbeat, energetic, and a go-getter individual?
- Are you known to
be someone with “Fire in the belly”?
- Do you have excellent communications skills?
- What is your current location?

If your current location is not Chennai, are you open
to relocate to Chennai?
