For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for ERP Logistics Implementation Project Managers / Program Managers. These positions are based at Mumbai  / Delhi / Bangalore / Chennai / Singapore / Malaysia / Indonesia. Positions based in India will also provide ample opportunities for travel to Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will manage one or more  ERP Logistics Implementations. The activities will include:

• Making sure the scope of the project is established without any ambiguity
  
  
• Making sure projects are completed on-time and within budgets
  
  
• Managing project teams and motivating them to produce zero-defect deliveries
  
  
• Leading Blue Print phase and making sure customer requirements and pain points are addressed in an optimal manner keeping in mind the budgetary constraints
  
  
• Leading end-to-end project execution
  
  
• Making sure a high CSAT score is achieved
  
  
• Rolling up your sleeves  whenever needed, in any area,  for faultless deliveries
  
  
• Keep the stakeholders informed of the project progress on a regular basis

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –

• Do you have an engineering degree from IITs or NITs or BITS or a college of equal repute, and preferably an MBA from IIMs or a similar tier 1 institute?
  
  
• Have you excelled in academics right from your high school?
  
  
• Do you have overall 8 - 15 years experience in SAP/Oracle Logistics covering Transportation, Warehouse, Freight Management etc (similar experience in any other ERP Package is fine too) ?
  
  
• Do you have 4 or more ERP (SAP/Oracle or any other ERP) Logistics End-To-End implementation cycles experience?
  
  
• Do you experience of managing  ERP delivery teams
  
  
• Do you have excellent English language written and verbal skills?
  
  
• Do you have excellent communication skills
  
  
• Are you considered to be a hands-on person when it comes to ERP Logistics Implementation?
  
  
• What is your current location?
  
  
• If you are not based at Mumbai / Bangalore / Delhi / Chennai/Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia, are you willing to relocate?
