For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are
looking for ERP HCM Implementation Project Managers. This positions is based at
Indonesia .

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you will manage one or more ERP HCM
Implementations. The activities will include:
Making sure the scope of the project is
established without any ambiguity
Making sure projects are completed on-time and
within budgets
Managing project teams and motivating them to
produce zero-defect deliveries
Leading Blue Print phase and making sure
customer requirements and pain points are addressed in an optimal manner
keeping in mind the budgetary constraints
Leading end-to-end project execution
Making sure a high CSAT score is achieved
Rolling up your sleeves whenever needed, in any area, for faultless deliveries
Keep the stakeholders informed of the project
progress on a regular basis
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND

- Do you have an engineering degree
from a reputed college, and/or an
MBA from a similar tier 1 institute?
- Have you excelled in academics
right from your high school?
- Do you have overall 8 - 10 years experience
in SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft HCM/Workday covering OM, PA, Time Management and
Payroll etc (similar experience in any other ERP Package is fine too)?
- Do you have 2 or more ERP
(SAP/Oracle/Peoplesoft or any other ERP) HCM End-To-End implementation
cycles experience?
- Do you experience of
managing ERP delivery teams?
- Do you have excellent English
language written and verbal skills?
- Do you have excellent
communication skills?
- Are you considered to be a
hands-on person when it comes to ERP HCM Implementation?
- What is your current location?
- If you are not based at Indonesia,
are you willing to relocate for the project duration?
