growing client, we are looking for Technology Lead to be based at Delhi. The
company is in ecommerce business in the area of Industrial supplies. They are
the first movers in to this arena.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for company’s ecommerce web portal creation/enhancements
/ maintenance etc.
- Very quickly master the
existing portal that is in Python/Django environment
- Introduce mobile interface for
greater customer experience
- Develop technical team (hire and manage)
- Define standards that need to be adhered to in order
to provide unmatched customer experience
- Ensure timely development / maintenance
of software

- Are you a B-Tech/BE or
equivalent from a reputed institute?
- Do you have 8 to 12 years experience
in ecommerce/ web technologies/ mobile stacks - php, ASP.NET, JAVA J2EE, “Ruby
on Rail” etc (experience on Python/Django is not mandatory but will be an added
advantage)?
- Do you have Experience and
ability to hire a team very quickly - proven track record of being able to
find, attract and retain talent?
- Do you have ability to
independently architect the solution while working closely with business team
and product design teams?
- Do you have ability to
integrate disparate technologies such as CRM system, tele-calling system, web
chat system and ecommerce system into one platform?
- Do you have an appetite for
working in a Startup OR prior experience in a Startup?

Are you based at
Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon (NCR)?
