we are looking for a career oriented seasoned professional to fill in the
position of “Delivery Head - Product Software Engineering C++”. The client is a well known and

Role Description
As Delivery
Head of Product Software Engineering, you will be responsible for leading
the Product teams at company’s development centre at Delhi, and support the
global development environment. Through
these teams, you will be responsible for smooth delivery of Product releases,
new initiatives, product innovation, managing stakeholders, and making the teams
perform at an optimal level. You will coordinate with all the stakeholders and
ensure timely delivery of products without compromising the quality. You will
also be responsible for encouraging continuous improvement in Software Engineering
capability and maturity on an ongoing basis. You will own the responsibility for
P&L of C++ Product team.
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND

- Do
you have a B-Tech/BE/MCA/M-Tech/MS Degree in Engineering from reputed
institutes (IITs/NITs or Institutes of equivalent repute)? (An MBA is desirable
though not a must)
- Do
you have 15+ yrs experience in a Product Company including at least 7 years in
management, in addition to development experience?
- Do
you have proven track record of effectively managing engineering teams?
- Do
you have experience in making strategic decisions for your organization?
- Do
you have experience in an onsite/offshore environment, and addressing its
challenges?
- Do
you have experience in leading large C/C++ development teams?
- Do
you have hands on expertise in Agile / Scrum Methodologies?
- Do
you have excellent oral and written communications skills?
- Do you have experience working
with international stakeholders?
- Are you based at Delhi or NCR
or willing to relocate?
