For one of our prestigious multinational clients, we are looking for career oriented Delivery Manager/Engagement Manger with IT Consultancy background. The client is known as an IT Consulting leader in Financial Outsourcing Services, and they have top Global customers in the Financial sector. They have challenging projects, and are known to be a very progressive company. Their Indian development centers are at Noida and Bangalore. Currently they need Delivery Manager/Engagement Manager for their center at Noida.
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Delivery Manager / Engagement Manager you will be responsible for:
· Managing multiple projects across one or more multiple functional domains
· Managing revenue, profitability, customer satisfaction, retention, and quality delivered from a team of 100+ consultants
· Depending upon the opportunity you might be required to seed one or more projects and grow them to large engagements
PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –
· Do you have 10 to 15 years experience in IT Consultancy?
· Are you B-Tech from IITs/NITs or institutes of similar repute or an MBA from IIMs or equally reputed B-Schools?
· Are you with strong delivery background?
· Have you been in development roles / development manager in the past?
· Have you been Program Manager for single or multiple clients for at least 2+ years?
· Have you worked for at least 3 to 5 years in Banking or Investment Banking domains?
· Have you managed teams of 80+ consultants?
· Have you been in client facing roles of onsite Project Manager / Engagement Manager?
· Are you well versed with optimizing programs, improving profitability and retention?
· Do you have sound understanding of CMM/CMMi or Six Sigma processes?
· Do you have very strong Communication skills?
· Do you have experience in handling RFPs/RFIs for IT Projects?
· Are you based at Noida/NCR Delhi or willing to relocate?
