For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for a Customer Support Manager (Aviation
Software Products). This is a middle management position, and is based at Chennai.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsible for spearheading support for
customers of company’s Aviation product suite, ensuring product availability
for mission critical operations. Responsible for active engagement of
customers, as part of the post implementation phase. This job involves ensuring service delivery as
per contracted norms, proactively understanding customer needs & concerns
and designing effective solutions for them.
Would be fully responsible for customer satisfaction and retention.

- Are you a B-Tech/BE or
equivalent from a reputed institute (IITs/NITs or institutes of similar repute?
(An MBA will be an added advantage)
- Do you have 8 to 10 years experience
in managing customer support for large ERP product installations?
- Do you have experience in
managing multiple accounts simultaneously?
- Have you been responsible
directly for customer satisfaction, achieving high CSAT scores?
- Do you have exposure to
product life cycle functions such as maintenance releases, version upgrades
etc.?
- Can you independently handle a
wide range of customer representatives such as key users, program owners,
department heads and C-level executives of user organizations?
- Do you have good escalation
management skills?
- Do you have strong business
domain (ERP) knowledge?
- Do you have ability to lead
specific customer interventions/initiatives such as process audits, product
usage analysis, need analysis etc. aimed at improving product usage
efficiencies?
- Do you have exposure to SDLC
processes?
- Do you have exposure to Agile /
Scrum Methodologies?
- Do you have good
communications skills?
- Are you willing to travel
extensively for short durations?
- Are you based at Chennai or
willing to relocate to Chennai?
