For one of our prestigious clients
(with global customer locations in various countries), we are looking for a Oracle
Apps Competency lead with around 15
years experience in IT , out of which 10+ years in various aspects of Oracle
Apps Consultancy. The client is a very well known name around the Globe. They are a very progressive company and
believe in bringing differentiation through innovative techniques. Currently
they need a Oracle Apps Competency Lead to be based at Pune.

IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –
- Do you have around 15 years IT experience?
- Do you have 10+ years of Oracle Apps experience?
- Do you have 3+ years experience as Oracle Unit/Practice Head?
- Have you led a Unit/Practice of 300+ persons?
- Are you an Employee oriented leader with great listening skills?
- Can you provide Thought Leadership to define vision to develop
IPs, Competencies etc?
- Have you managed Oracle Apps projects?
- Have you been part of Oracle Apps COEs or managed Oracle Apps COE
initiatives?
- Are you aware of Oracle Apps market trends?
- Do you have excellent presentation and communication skills?
- Do you have experience engaging at CXO level and client technical
stakeholders?
- Are you either based at Pune or are willing to relocate to Pune?

Role
- Lead Oracle
Apps Competency
- Manage all India Oracle Apps competency teams. Will need to
manage around 25 managers/leads
- Draw out vision for developing IPs, Competencies etc.
- Inject innovation in teams
- Enhance value add to the services offered by the client
- The role does not require extensive travel, however, 2 to 4
days a month travel will be required
