For one of our prestigious clients, we are looking for NetSuite Technical Leade (Development). The client is based at Bangalore; however, location is not a constraint for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a NetSuite Technical Lead (Development), you will carryout analysis of business requirements, configuration of SAAS applications, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications. You will works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. You will participates in architecture reviews to ensure that solutions comply with standards and uses approved technologies. Key responsibilities are:

• Performs sophisticated analysis of cross- functional and complex Business requirements. Designs complex cross-functional service solutions.

• Designs, prepares, and executes new development. Represents team(s) to senior management and client/customers.Works also on support services strategy and solves operational issues.

• Strong technical foundation including knowledge different programming paradigms.

• Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers.

• Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customers and vendors on complex issues. Independently resolves highly complex technical issues within multiple technical areas. Partners with members of multiple teams as appropriate; leads technical team while resolving key issues. Mentors and assists other less experienced team members. Identifies potential escalations and proactively alerts management; leads and escalates through L3; engages in resolution at L2.

• Independently reviews and manages highly complex and high-risk changes to critical business systems. Leads or participates in the Change Advisory or Technical Advisory Board.

• Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, and creativity. Earning trust and building relationships throughout.

PLEASE ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS TO FIND OUT IF THIS DREAM JOB IS FOR YOU –

• Do you have Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field?

• Do you have advanced verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

• Do you have 5 to 9 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of development or consulting experience with NetSuite?

• Are you an expert in Netsuite?

• Do you have Knowledge of transactional business processing in CRM, ERP and Accounting applications with proven skills in SQL, SuiteScript, JavaScript, UI development, 3rd party Integrations etc.? (NetSuite Certifications are a plus)

• Do you have Leadership experience with implementation, problem analysis and solutioning of business applications?

• Do you have Leadership experience with business IT applications (e.g. supply chain, customer relationship mgmt, HR, finance)?

• Do you have strong experience in scripting and/or programming languages?
