For one of our prestigious
multinational clients, we are looking for.Net Delivery Manager. Our client is an
established name in the space of software development and software solutions consultancy.
This position is based at Gurgaon – Delhi NCR, India.

JOB DESCRIPTION / ENVIRONMENT
The client does development &support work for customers
primarily in US. The Technology base ranges from simple .Net framework to
Complex Architectures to Azure/BI. Most of the projects are delivered using
onsite / offshore model.
It is a client facing (regular interactions with clients)
role. You will be expected to understand customer requirements, and get them
implemented through your team of Project Leads& Developers. You will guide
the teams and motivate them to perform at an optimal level. You must have a
clear understanding of Microsoft .Net Technology Stack, and should be a
hands-on person to guide the teams effectively.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Lead the Project & Team leads and their
respective teams.
- Handle project delivery using agile methodology
- Participate in the design and development of
new systems to be incorporated into the existing business environment.
- Drive innovation and best practices across
the organization.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Do
you have good exposure to Agile dev. Practices?
- Do
you have strong hands-on experience MVC & other latest architectures?
- Do
you have ability to define physical, logical and technical architectures based
on the requirements, and ensure the quality of architecture and design?
- Do
you possess ability to evaluate current state of architecture, platform etc. and
provide architectural recommendations to improve performance, scalability and
reliability?
- Do
you have rich experience in data migration and working in a highly integrated
enterprise applications?
- Do
you have experience in working with the Project Manager(s) in mapping the project
life cycle and managing roll out and post-deliverable strategy?
- Do
you have experience with client side scripting frameworks, JQuery, Knockout,
Angular Js, Node JS, NHibernate, Entity Framework etc.?
- Do
you have good written and verbal communications skill?
- Are you open to travel abroad (US) for short durations?

Are you from Delhi NCR
/ Gurgaon or willing to relocate?
